Couldn't complete a punch

I love all of MS punches but have never had much luck the with double punches except for couple. For this punch, there was one last little piece that would not punch out fully, no matter how hard i pushed. I also found the large double punches harder to punch (or maybe it's just my smaller hands...)
No, I do not recommend this product.
